Progressed Moon in Declination

I find the progressed Moon in declination much more powerful than in longitude (the usual way it’s progressed). It represents a life cycle that can be especially notable when the Moon progresses out-of-bounds. This article sprang from an Al H. Morrison lecture, which in turn was based on the work of John M.
